If you are not happy with vista, you are not alone. This is because most of the american IT Director also dislike windows vista. For the moment, i am quite happy with Windows Xp SP 3 and not going to change to vista for now.

back to blogging. wahahaha!

I've stop blogging for more than 3 months. :!
why i stop blogging?
Let me tell u in this whole long story but interesting experience that i get in my life! there are ups and downs and downs and downs and downs and even more downs. =D

It starts with, when i start my work, i have cut out a lot of things from my life.
i cut out drama series (TVB and english), i cut out games (online or offline), i even cut out going out!
why do i cut out all those? it is entertainment, man! yes it is entertainment, but i do not have time to do all those anymore. i work and work and work.i spend all my energy in work and i got no energy left for entertainment. i straight go home, sometimes skip dinner and shower and collapse on my bed until the next day.

when i started working in an animation company, i was happy bcoz i prove to my parents that job is not hard to find and i will be able to get myself used to the new life. So, i work and learn everything from my senior as much and as fast as possible so that i can improve myself on that field. My senior give me a big shocked bcoz he told me that he will be leaving the company in 2 weeks time O_O. so, i need to learn as fast as possible from him as i will be the person that will replace him. (very pressure)

after he left the company, i am the new IT guy there and the old staff actually doesn't like me replacing his job bcoz they do not know my capabilities. So, i have to prove to them that i am not useless and solve every computer problem that they have in the shortest time. luck is on my side, i manage to do it and i prove to them that what i do, they do not know how to do it and they started to accept me as the new IT guy. (i know there is still a person who doesn't like me until now :!)

on the 2nd month, the company gets me a little help. they seems to like me and they hired me an assistant =D he is a fresh grad like me =D i am happy that i have an assistant. i tried to teach him everything that i know but it seems like he have no interest on learning it or maybe he knows that i am younger than him so that he doesn't want to listen to me. he told me that he did not expect to do this kind of job, so he leave after his contract ends. in that 1 month, he's been sick for 2 times in 2 different days because me and him has been working late until midnight for about 2-3 weeks straight. maybe that is one of the reason he quits too.

there are a few things that i really don't like about this assistant. (for those who know who am i talking, and for those who like him, please stop reading) 1: He is a forgetful person, i teach him a lot of things, but he seems to be only remember 10% of what i teach him. i asked him to write down on a book or paper so that he can refer back to it if he needs it. he did write down, but he lost the paper =.=" 2: Abusing Admin account and server login. little problem that he encountered, he will use administration account and also loging in the server to check the problem as the problem is not actually from the admin side =.=" 3: A lot of mistakes. he did a lot of mistakes in every task that i give and i have to clean his mess a lot of time so that both of us will not get scold by boss. and he did not double check his work! 4: he is always on the phone. every single hour, his gf will always call him to talk to him as like he is a baby boy that is just born. sometimes when i need him, i couldnt find him =.=" 5: irresponsible. when the time that there are a lot of things to do, he ditch me and left the office! he did not let me know that he leave. sometimes he said that "oh! i have a date i must go back on time today" or "i have promised my friends that today i will meet them to hang out" WTF is that =.=" anyway, i treat it as an experience and next time i will know how to deal with this kind of person. Good Luck for him in another company. He must change in order to get promoted. This is what i want to tell him as his superior.

3rd month! an interesting month of all! wahahahaha!
the company is having a big change! we will get what we want on most of the things. but i am still not satisfied bcoz there is 1 more important thing that is still haven't change. the thing is, get the GM out from the production studio. if she wants, she must ask for our decision before talking to the client. and no more crazy due dates! hey! i have a life and i am not married to the company! still working on it. and we all complained to the CEO of the company and lets see how it goes. it is a crazy few months and i really learn a lot from this company (good and bad).

for those who dislike me, i wont do anything about it as u will know and will acknowledge what i do and what i am capable of doing it. u dont like me bcoz u dont know what i do.

i've been working for so hard and pushing myself to the limits for so many months. i finally get sick last week. luckily i recover fast and will be in top form in no time!

i need to start balance things out for my life. i need to spend time with my family, some entertainment and watch some movies so that i wont waste my life only on working. i notice that i have become more and more like a robot. i got no life at all. now i am searching back my life! how to search? i need someone to guide me on this. hehehe.

i'll write more when i have the time. see ya when i see ya. =D

Most Freaking Tiring Days Of My Life!

The day Starts when I start being a Moderator for National Olympic Academy of Malaysia (NOA). The NOA session starts 19th Feburary and ends on 23rd Feburary 2008.
Everyday, I do not get a good sleep and I slept for only 2 - 3 hours per day only.

After the NOA session, which is on the 24th, guess what? It is Nomination day in Malaysia. I have to wake up early again and join the opposition to record the Nomination event(should I say event?). After that, I have to start helping the Opposition party as a volunteer.

I will be helping until the 8th of March 2008. Which is the day of truth. The Polling Day. And i will be the Polling agent and also the counter for the opposition side. 1st time doing it... Kinda cool.

Now, I do everything, from folding newsletter, clipping flags, tie strings, check people's polling school, receiving calls, and a lot more. But there is 1 thing that I cant do. Which is receiving calls from a Mandarin Spoken Dude. When that happens, what i know is... "Deng yi sia ah" *Close the phone mouth* "I Need Help On Mandarin Spoken Dude!" *Happily pass the phone to the other person and wait for another call =P*

Actually I wanted to do a flash animation on the election, but I do not have the time now. So, that's it... Got to go now...

P/S: Lets see how long my body can stand the stress of the work that I have since 19th Feb - 8th March. Might be sleeping for 20 hours on the 9th March... kekeke.

Is it oval? No, is it round? No, Is it rectangular? No.

Today in Rocket Fish Studios, we have to draw our own Yoda and we are given 1 voice clip to synchronize the moves that u wanted.

so this is what i have done.
Note: i cant take the .fla / .swf file home because we cant take things back to do unless with the trainers permission. So, i took a video of my work to post here... =P

the whole video is done by flash...
i draw my own yoda... impressive? ^^ and the Light Saber looks cool in original /swf file. but this sucks...

As what the title said... I've been busy lately. need to clean the house, re-paint the house and under training by Rocket Fish Studios.

It's been 2 weeks that i have been training in Rocket Fish Studios and seriously, i have learned a lot of things about animation, drawings, storyboarding, camera shots and many more. it is fun to me.

Well, in the training center, i am the best Flash user but the worst in drawing. Hehehe... Other trainees uses the tablet to draw out the character and also background, but i am using the table to use as a mouse to use lines and shapes to draw and model the character and background... hahaha...

but my work is almost the same as the others who using pure drawing. of course i am much more slower than them. They finish 10 characters, i only finish 1 character... haha... slow poke =P

The place that i sit is freaking cold like inside a freezer. If i am not mistaken, it is more cold than Auditorium 1/2 in APIIT. Today i cant stand the cold and walk out from the office to get some heat. I cant believe that i have to do that to survive in Rocket Fish.

Anyway, if i have the chance, i will post pictures of my sitting place to show u guys =)

P/S: Coming soon - Once i have learn all the animation from Rocket Fish Studios, i will make this blog a Flash animation blog. Cool huh! so, stay tune. (my training ends at 15th Feb 2008)

1st day of year 2008

before i walk about the 1st day of the year, i wanted to talk about the night of the year 2007...

How do i celebrate my birthday at the night and also celebrate new year?
Well. it is as usual, my parents will bring me out for a fancy dinner. I think my dad took out some extra cash if i wanted to eat something expensive like western or sushi. When my dad asked me what do i want to eat for my b'day? i've said something that shocked my parents... I said that i wanted to eat "Bak-Kut-Teh" (herb pork soup that goes with rice - chinese food). My dad asked me a few times that if i really wanted to eat bak-kut-teh and not other food. i said yes and then we start to look for bak-kut-teh shop... hahaha.
that is how i celebrate my b'day.

as for new year...
me and my parents went to the temple for new year blessings. we went to the temple at 11pm and leaves the temple at 1:30am. that is how i celebrate new year.
I actually spend most of my new year's celebration in temple. if i am not mistaken, i started to celebrate new year in temple since 12 years old... and only missed 2 years that i didnt go which is my 20th and 21st b'day.
well, it is actually good because i am going for a total new challenge. no more study but work... oh wow... i heard working world are sucks. Face The Challenge! RoaR!~

1st Jan 2008...
i was cleaning the gate to get it ready for painting it. it was 3pm afternoon and my grandfather asked me where is my sister? i said i dont know because she left last year(31st dec 2007) and still haven't come home. after i finish that word only she came back =.= what a coincidence. and when she is trying to park her car beside mine, i've said to my grandfather, if she hits my car, i am gonna make her pay for that... and with 2 witnesses she hits my car =.= i was like "WTF!!! My CAR!!!" she hits my car's bumper and i saw the whole car moves a little to the front. lucky no damage, just a little scratch on my bumper and my sister car's bumper. My sister is only driving a Kancil and she cant judge the distance =.= what a terrible driver. i think she needs a smaller car which have to be specially design for her =.=".
What a bad start of year 2008.
Hope that it will be better for the rest of the year.

It was a tough year for me in year 2007 because it was my Final Year in College.
with all the assignments and Final Year Project(FYP) i was gonna give up on my FYP...
anyway, lucky i didnt and i push myself over the limit and manage to finish it but not perfect.

year 2008 is a totally new challenge for me because i already end my study years and start to work! i have a training from 7th january until 15th february. what kind of training? it is animation training... yeah... i am a multimedia programmer but i choose creative multimedia as my job... lol. it is good to conquer both sides of multimedia because i'm lovin' it...

May year 2008 brings everyone a healthy and happy life... Cheers~

I wonder how many years since we become friend and best buddy. Every year, i would like to give u some present since u give me alot of present every year without fail.I really feel shame for myself (since i dont give any to u). But this year , i try to at least to make something out. And the picture below is my little effort. It take for half an hour to edit with gimp. I am suck with photoshop , gimp or any photo editing software.

Rude Neighbor

It is 1:42am when i am writing this blog.
I got woke up when the opposite neighbor came home at 1:30am. They actually have shifted every furniture of theirs and stay in Kuantan. So, the house is empty and assume that they wont be back.

My house is currently being renovate so that it can park 4 cars (2 inside and 2 outside). but currently my house can only park 2 cars on the outside. so, the other 2 cars, we park at the "rude neighbor"'s house. they came home and start honk until i realize that they are home... When i go get the car, that lady looks like a 40-year old punk with Lala kind of look... she said a lot of things... but i cant hear most of them bcoz i am ignoring her... the most "make sense" thing that she said is...
"Although this house has no one that lives in, u cant just simply park at the front door of the house"

whoa! nice words there bitch...
anyway, i ignore her and go into the car and start the engines and switch on the lights... well, after for some time, the neighbor's car still very close to my car and did not reverse to make room for me to move. well... lets do it my way... i'll put reverse and see if he will move some space... He is so smart that after 10 seconds, he is still there and did not move...

Now... what do u want me to do? bastard! u want me to move the car but u do not want me to take the car! such an idiot. i'll do it my way... i step on the gas to do a quick reverse and stop just an inch left to hit the car... of coz the bastard honk me bcoz i nearly hit his car... (i did that just to scare him and teach him a lesson) and then i drove off with high speed to show how furious i am...

anyway... lucky they are leaving... with this kind of ppl in the neighborhood, it is not going to be good.

I've lost my voice

Yesterday night, i still can talk, sing, shout, scream, flirt, whisper, argue, scold, swear, curse, and many more...
But today, when i wake up... hey! where is my voice? OMG! i have become Ariel (the mermaid in a cartoon name "The Little Mermaid") I have no Voice!
Later after 15 mins, my voice is back. How? I force it... cough as loud as i can, try to scream, and also ate Strepsils. Then, my voice is back...
Although my voice is back, but i sounded like freaking Nathan Petrelli from a series name Heroes. Oh My...

Now, my voice is like Nathan Petrelli. Its time to call my friends in public phones to prank them before my voice are completely back... hehehe.

Pikom PC Fair III

Pikom PC Fair is already finished.
I went there from 11am until 7pm.
Actually i finished shopping at 3pm but have to wait for 1 of my friend to reach and meet up because its been 3 years i never met with them. well... they reach at 6 something i guess and i've waited patiently just to meet up with them... gosh! i have a lot of patients.

Anyway. Pikom PC Fair III is not as bad as it looks. the price is OK... some are cheaper than Low Yat Plaza but some are more expensive than Low Yat Plaza. i wonder why.

It is as usual that i helped a lot of ppl buy something for them and eventually mine is always more expensive than Low Yat Plaza. 1 thing that i am happy to bought is... My family's brand new digital camera... i bought Olympus FE-280. dont know if it is good... but it is good enough for a family picture... hehehe. this camera comes with Silver, Black and Red. the dealer said that the Red colour ones came from other country and when i ask from which country, they dont know =.=. who cares what country it came from (at least it is still 1 year warranty)... Red colour is unique and nice compare to the dull Silver and Black.

when i show it to my mom on sunday about the camera... my mom immediately sais "wow... good... i can take it to my Hong Kong trip tomorrow then"... my reaction is like "WHAT!!! =.=" nvm, take it... if spoil, it is still under warranty...
